Move2Europe was founded in 2024 as a division of Talent Support to tackle the growing shortage of skilled workers across Germany and Europe. As demand surged, we became an independent company — focused entirely on helping professionals make the leap.

Our roots are in Germany — it's where we have the deepest network, the strongest employer relationships, and the most in-depth knowledge of the visa and job market landscape. That's where we started, and it's still where we deliver the fastest results.

But as demand grew, so did we. We're now actively expanding into new European markets — building local connections, learning the regulatory landscape, and developing the same depth of expertise that makes our Germany track record so strong.
